Claims (1)
- 断熱材で覆つた筐体内部にヒータブロツクとフ
アンとを設け制御部からの制御信号により前記ヒ
ータブロツクへの電源を断続し、槽内の雰囲気温
度を設定温度に温度制御するようにした恒温槽に
おいて、温度制御される部分の槽内雰囲気温度に
近い温度変化を示す部分に設置された第１の温度
センサーと、前記ヒータブロツクの温度を検出す
る第２の温度センサーとを設け、前記温度制御さ
れる部分の槽内雰囲気温度と前記第１の温度セン
サーで検出される温度との相関を予め求め、これ
に基づき前記槽内雰囲気温度と設定温度とを一致
させる制御温度を求め、これにより前記ヒータブ
ロツクを温度制御し、この過程で前記第２の温度
センサーで検出される温度が限界値を越えたとき
前記ヒータブロツクへの電源を遮断するようにし
たことを特徴とする恒温槽。
