従来第1図、第2図及び第3図に示す様に楽器
の鍵盤装置の鍵は鍵盤1と鍵アーム4が一体成
形、接着、溶着、圧入等の方法で装着されてい
る。鍵盤1は合成樹脂等の成型品で略コ字形に形
成され鍵盤前方に鍵受け2、前方及び後方にリブ
3を有し、リブにより鍵盤1は鍵アーム4に装着
されている。鍵アーム4は略中央部の下部に支点
部5を設け棚板6に固設したセンターレール7と
回動自在に枢着され、鍵アーム後方部上面部にパ
イロツト8を設けアクシヨンやスイツチ等を動作
させる。鍵アーム後方部にはウエイト9を設けて
鍵の動作を補助する。棚板6の前方には鍵受2に
相対して緩衝部材10及び11を設け鍵盤の高さ
規正や沈み量が成されている。第3図の様に鍵盤
1は略コ字に形成され下面開放形のため樹脂成形
時の残留応力や収縮バランスによつて、上ゾリの
傾向にあり、ソリのある鍵盤1と鍵アームを当接
装着すると対接面に間隙が生じ多数鍵盤を並べた
場合鍵盤面が不揃いと成り、鍵受け2が鍵盤1の
前部にあるため前部の高さ並びは約揃つているが
鍵盤1の後方部の高さが不揃いとなつたり鍵アー
ム4の後方部が不揃いとなりパイロツト8の高さ
調整が必要となる欠点が有つた。 2.
