トランナブロツクが熱膨張した状態を示すもので

Claims (1)
- 固定側金型の側方にホツトランナブロツクを配
置し、該ブロツクにスプルブツシユを接続して上
記固定側金型内に配設し、上記固定側金型と可動
側金型との間に形成されるキヤビテイに、ホツト
ランナブロツクで加熱保温した溶融材料を、スプ
ルブシユを介して射出するようにした樹脂金型に
おいて、上記固定側金型にスプルブツシユを収容
する有底の穴を設けるとともに、該穴の底面を上
記ホツトランナブロツクの長手方向と平行に形成
して上記ホツトランナブロツクにスプルブシユを
固定するとともに、該スプルブツシユの先端面を
上記穴の底面に当接させ、上記穴の底面にスプル
ブシユの先端スプル径よりもやや大きい径で開口
するスプルを固定側金型に設け、該スプルを介し
て上記スプルブツシユのスプルをキヤビテイに連
通させたことを特徴とする樹脂金型。
