    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヘツドレストのステー下端を挿通保持するサポ
    ート開口を上面に開口せしめた箱状支持体を、後
    倒可能となしたシートバツクの上端部に後方回転
    自在に結合し、上記支持体にはその起立位置で上
    記シートバツクに設けた係止片に係合して支持体
    を起立姿勢に保持するロツク片を設けるとともに
    、該ロツク片のロツク解除用レバーを、上記サポ
    ート用開口に挿通された上記ステー下端の移動経
    路の最下位置に設け、上記ヘツドレストを最も押
    し下げた時に上記ステー下端が上記ロツク解消用
    レバーに当接してこれを作動せしめるようになし
    たことを特徴とする車両用ヘツドレスト装置。
