Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ステアリングに連なる軸体又は筒体を、舵取機
構に連なる軸体又は筒体に、軸長方向への摺動自
在に嵌合せしめ、嵌合部分に両者に当接する摩擦
部材を介装してなり、該摩擦部材と前記軸体及び
筒体との間に前記摺動時に生じる摩擦力により、
ステアリングに加わる軸長方向のエネルギを吸収
するエネルギ吸収式ステアリングコラムにおいて
、 一方の軸体又は筒体に固設してあり、前記摺動
の中途にて他方の軸体又は筒体と当接し、これら
との間に摩擦力を発生する第２の摩擦部材を具備
することを特徴とするエネルギ吸収式ステアリン
グコラム。
