Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が有底端である小径部の他端と、一端
が開口端である大径部の他端とが接合された段付
円筒体のケース内に感温素子を収容し、前記小径
部の底部に固定して成る温度センサにおいて、前
記小径部の他端に連接する前記大径部の他端の端
面に、前記大径部の軸方向に凹部を有する溝を形
成したことを特徴とする温度センサ。 (2) 一端が有底端である小径部の他端と、一端
が開口端である大径部の他端とが接合された段付
円筒体のケース内に感温素子を収容し、前記小径
部の底部に固定して成る温度センサにおいて、前
記小径部の有底端部に板体のフインを備えたこと
を特徴とする温度センサ。
