Claims (1)
- 回転体が軸受と所定の隙間をもつて対向し、前
記軸受に動圧発生溝を有するスラスト気体軸受に
おいて、前記軸受と対向する前記回転体外周側に
耐焼付性部材を形成するとともに、前記動圧発生
溝の溝幅は外周ほど狹くなるように形成されたこ
とを特徴とするスラスト気体軸受。
