Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回線からの交流呼出信号の入力により、該呼出
信号に同期して断続する自己駆動電源を生成する
とともに、周波数決定用の１対の端子間のインピ
ーダンスによつて定まる周波数、ワーブルレート
の呼出音信号を前記電源の断続にしたがつてくり
返し形成して音声出力手段に供給する電話機のリ
ンガー回路において、 前記電源が積分バイアス用のコンデンサに注入
される積分回路と、 前記両端子間に挿入されるとともに前記コンデ
ンサの充電電圧によつて制御バイアス電圧が変化
し、前記コンデンサの充電にしたがつて内部イン
ピーダンスが連続的に可変される半導体インピー
ダンス素子と、 前記コンデンサに並列に設けられ、前記電源の
断期間に前記コンデンサを放電する放電路手段と
を備えた電話機のリンガー回路。
