- インデツクスユニツトにより間歇回転する回転
テーブルの停止期間中にテストを行うテストシス
テムにおいて、上記インデツクスユニツトの駆動
源としてサーボモータを使用し、該サーボモータ
の回転数をテスト時間に対応して制御することを
特徴とするテストシステム。
