Claims (1)
- シリンダ内を摺動端部に移動したピストンをロ
ツクする機構を有するアクチユエータにおいて、
該シリンダと実質的に平行にスイツチを設け、該
スイツチの検出端子とピストン端部に形成された
突部とに係合可能なレバーを球部によつて揺動可
能に支承したことを特徴とするロツク機構を有す
るアクチユエータのスイツチ検出機構。
