- 絶縁基材に化学的処理等により電気的導通を目
的とする導体パターンを形成した回路基板におい
て、厚み方向の段差面に主導体パターンと、副導
体パターンから成る導体パターンを設け、該副導
体パターンが段差面で終端していることを特徴と
する回路基板。
