料保持機構を反転する反転機構を設け、案内機構
の終端に連続して調理済みの食品を材料保持機構
から取出す取出台を設け、この取出台から前記案
内機構及び下りスロープ部の下方を通過し、材料
保持機構を前記仕込台の入口に搬送するように重
力で戻すリターン機構を設けたことを特徴とする
