Claims (1)
、ケーシングに固定されており且つ励磁コイルを
備えている電磁石固定子と、回転軸の変位を検出
する変位センサと、変位センサからの出力信号に
基づいて回転子ヨークと電磁石固定子の間に作用
する磁気吸引力を制御する制御回路とを有する磁
気軸受装置において、前記変位センサは、前記電
磁石固定子の励磁コイルを巻いた部分の間に配置
されており、永久磁石および磁束密度に対応する
電気信号を発生する磁電変換素子を含んでいるこ
