ツプ部を形成してなる磁気ヘツド素子をシールド
ケースに収納し、シールドケース内に埋込樹脂を
充填してなるリング型磁気ヘツドの組立作業にお
いて、ホルダーを設置固定する溝を形成した非磁
性位置決め板と、非磁性位置決め板のホルダーを
設置する溝位置に、厚み方向に着磁した磁石を埋
設した非磁性板とを組み合わせ構成した組立治具
の前記溝に、ホルダーと巻線を施した略Ｃ字状磁
気コアを設置し樹脂により固定し、磁石極性の異
なる他の組立治具を用い組立られたホルダーと略
Ｃ字状磁気コアを、略Ｃ字状磁気コアの突き合わ
せ面を対向させ、磁気ギヤツプ材を介挿して対向
する略Ｃ字状磁気コア同志を吸着させた状態で突
き合わせ固定することを特徴とする磁気ヘツド用
