Claims (1)
- インバータと変圧器、整流器でコンデンサを充
電する回路において、インバータの直流側電圧を
粗調整し、インバータの出力波形を繰返しごとに
逆極性とし、かつ前記繰返しにおけるインバータ
の最後の半サイル出力波形波尾を所定負荷電圧に
よつて截断することを特徴とする高繰返しパルス
電源装置。
