である。 Ａ：処理室、Ｂ：温風発生装置、１：透孔、２
：浮床、３：バーナー、４：送風機、５：空間、
６：温風吹き出し口、７：温度検出手段、８：温
度設定手段、９：比較手段、１０：タイマー、１
１：制御手段。
第２図は本考案の一実施例を示す里芋の催芽処理
装置の概略構成図、第３図はバーナーと送風機の
作動と温度変化の関係を説明するタイムチヤート
である。 Ａ：処理室、Ｂ：温風発生装置、１：透孔、２
：浮床、３：バーナー、４：送風機、５：空間、
６：温風吹き出し口、７：温度検出手段、８：温
度設定手段、９：比較手段、１０：タイマー、１
１：制御手段。
Claims (1)
- 多数の透孔を一面に有する浮床を備える処理室
と、バーナーと送風機を備え上記処理室の浮床下
方に形成される空間に温風吹き出し口を連絡する
温風発生装置と、処理室内に設けられ該室内の温
度を検出する温度検出手段を、処理室内の温度を
設定する温度設定手段と、設定温度から検出温度
を減算して比較温度差を求める比較手段と、前記
比較温度差が基準値以上のときには温風発生装置
のバーナー及び送風機をＯＮにし、比較温度差が
０のときにはバーナーをＯＦＦにすると共にタイ
マーをスタートさせ、該タイマーのタイムアツプ
により送風機をＯＦＦさせるように制御する制御
手段とを備え、上記タイマーのタイムアツプ時間
を火炉の安全対策上及び熱エネルギー回収上必要
な最小時間に設定することを特徴とする里芋の催
芽処理装置。
