Claims (1)
- 作動軸に沿つて直線移動するように設けられた
可動コイルと、この可動コイルに駆動電流を与え
る電源と、前記作動軸に沿つて配置され前記可動
コイルにこれを貫く磁束を個別に与える第１及び
第２の固定マグネツトとを備えたことを特徴とす
るリニアアクチユエータ。
