- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車両のイグニツシヨンスイツチを操作して、オ
ン状態にした後に、定速走行に係る制御を行なう
制御手段の指令に基づいて設定された速度で車両
を定速走行させる車両用定速走行装置において、 前記車両の走行速度を変化させるための操作ペ
ダルの操作量を検出する検出手段と、 前記検出手段が、予め設定される所定値を越え
て前記操作ペダルが操作されたことを検出したと
きに前記制御手段への電源供給を遮断する遮断手
段と、 前記遮断手段が動作したときには、前記イグニ
ツシヨンスイツチが操作されオフ状態にされるま
での間当該遮断手段の遮断動作を継続させる継続
手段と、 を有することを特徴とする車両用定速走行装置。
