【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、隆鼻術を始め、こめかみ、あご、はぼ等の
美容形成のために注射する美容形成用物質に関するもの
である。

従来、隆鼻術を始め、こめかみ、あご、はぼ等を盛シ上
げたシ、あるいは額や目尻等のしわを目立たないように
するための美容形成用注射物質として使用されているも
のには、パラフィン、パラフィンとワセリンと密ろうと
を混合したオルガノーゲン（商品名）、オレイン酸グリ
セリンとリノール酸グリセリンとパルミチン酸グリセリ
ンと密ろうとを混合加圧したビオブラックス（商品名）
、シリコン油に架橋剤を加え加熱加圧した軟質エリコン
（商品名）、並びに本発明者が研究開発したジメチルポ
リシロキサンを基油とし、親水性シリカ（商品名アエロ
ジル２００、西ドイツ・デグーサ社製）を補填材として
合成したもの等があった。

美容形成を行なうため、人体皮下に注射する物質の具備
すべき臨床的条件としては、次のような事項がある。

（３）体内で材質的に変化を起さないこと。
（４）消毒しやすいこと。
（５）加工しやすいこと。

（８）機械的衝撃に安定であること。
（９）癌誘発生がないこと。

ところが従来使用されている美容形成用注射物質は、上
記の条件に対して種々抵触するところがあるため、肉体
に弊害を与えることがあったＯ この発明は、上記の条件を総て充足する美容形成用注射
物質を提供するものである。

この発明は、基油としてのジメチルポリシロキサン
に対し補填材として疎水性シリカ
を約２０重量％の割合で混合したことを特徴とする美容
形成用注射物質としたものである。

上記物質を注射し、１年間の観察結果、臨床的に異常所
見や病理組織学的検査にて為害所見は見られなかった。

次に、この発明の詳細な説明する。
基油として、ｓ、ｎｏｎ〜１２，５００センチストーク
スの粘度の精製した医療用ジメチルポリシロキサン に対し、補填材として約２０重量％の疎水性シリカ を混合し、強く攪拌して練シ込んで、注射物質を作る。

本発明者は上記疎水性シリカとして、西ドイツ・デグー
サ社にて製造され、日本アエロジル株式会社で販売され
ている、商品名アエロジルＲ９７２を使用し、このアエ
ロジルＲ９７２と上記ジメチルポリシロキサンとを混合
した。

この注射物質を動物実験のため、２才以上の猫数匹に対
し、頚部、腰部、背部等に各２ ｅｅずつ皮下注射し、
１０日後、２力月後、５力月後、１年後に順次注射物質
とその周囲の組織とを摘出し、いずれも東京都港区白金
、北里大学衛生科学研究センターにて生体の病理組織学
的検査を行った。そして所見として悪性儂は、いずれも
全く見られなかった。
