コラムと、該コラムの周側対称２面を挾みかつ滑
動ガイドを介して垂直昇降可能に昇降シリンダに
保持されるサポートブラケツトと、該サポートブ
ラケツト一端に片持支持されるアームシヤフトに
並設された一対のタイヤ支承アームと、前記コラ
ム上端に位置してサポートブラケツトの上部他端
と係合状に設けられるサポートブラケツトの回動
傾斜用ストツパと、前記コラム一側より張出し状
に突出されかつガイドレールを介してコラムと同
行移動可能に設けられるコラム支えアームとから
