Description
第１図は本考案の一実施例としてのパイプ用換
気扇の構成を示す断面図、第２図は同じくその要
部の分解斜視図、第３図と第４図はそれぞれ薄肉
パイプと厚肉パイプに対する取付け状態を示す説
明図である。図において、１はプロペラフアン、
２はフレーム、３は駆動用モータ、４はモータ取
付足、５はねじ孔、６は差し込み孔、９は板バネ
、１０はフツク部、１１は取付フランジである。
なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す
。
気扇の構成を示す断面図、第２図は同じくその要
部の分解斜視図、第３図と第４図はそれぞれ薄肉
パイプと厚肉パイプに対する取付け状態を示す説
明図である。図において、１はプロペラフアン、
２はフレーム、３は駆動用モータ、４はモータ取
付足、５はねじ孔、６は差し込み孔、９は板バネ
、１０はフツク部、１１は取付フランジである。
なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相当部分を示す
。
Claims (1)
- 取付壁の開口部に装着されたパイプ内に挿入取
付けされるパイプ用換気扇であつて、フアン周り
を覆う略筒状のフレームと、このフレームの後端
において該フレームの延長上に一体に突き出し、
周方向に等間隔で並ぶ３本のモータ取付足と、こ
の各モータ取付足の端面に取付フランジが接合さ
れ後方からのねじ締めにより固定された駆動用モ
ータと、上記モータ取付足に基部側が装着され、
自由端側が取付足に沿つて前方に弓状に湾曲して
延びた上記モータ取付足の二つに対して取付けら
れた板バネとを有し、上記各板バネは、基部に上
記モータ取付足の端面に形成された差し込み孔に
差し込み得る差し込み部を持ち、この差し込み部
の外側において上記モータ取付足に固定された駆
動用モータの取付フランジに押圧されて取付けら
れていることを特徴とするパイプ用換気扇。
