バイパス弁を配設すると共に、熱交換器を流れる
水量とバイパス管を流れる水量との割合をほゞ一
定に保つオリフイスと、供給される水の圧力が変
動してもほゞ一定の流量を保つ水ガバナとを具備
させ、湯温設定装置に設定した設定湯温が高いと
きに前記バイパス弁を閉じ、設定湯温が低いとき
にバイパス弁を開いて給湯すべくなしたことを特
