て、乾燥室と真空ポンプとをつなぐ接続通路に、
吸着剤が充填され前記接続通路と連通する第1連
通口及び第2連通口へ通過可能な吸着領域と、吸
着領域を取囲む発熱体とを備えた凝縮器を設け、
凝縮器の第1連通口と第2連通口側に、前記真空
ポンプの稼動中は閉となる開閉可能な制御弁を備
えた導風路を設け、第1連通口側の導風路又は第
2連通口側の導風路のいずれか一方に、熱風を生
成するヒータと、送風機の送風口を臨ませたこと
