Claims (1)
- 内部にランプと、反射鏡を有し、かつ上部に排
気ダクトが取付けられる少なくとも１つの灯具箱
と、該灯具箱を蔽う外箱と、前記ランプからの光
を受ける位置に被処理物を搬送するベルトとが前
記各灯具箱及び外箱と対面して配置され、前記外
箱には給気孔が設けられ、この給気孔から前記排
気ダクトへの流通路と、前記ベルトとの間を塞ぐ
仕切板を具備したことを特徴とする光処理装置。
