進退可能とされると共に、 該弁座部材を進退させる駆動軸であつて、該駆
動軸の側周面は弁座部材の保持部材と螺合して該
保持部材を螺進可能としている駆動軸を備え、 該駆動軸は、ケーシングに設けられている周方
向に延びるスリツトに係入された薄板よりなる略
