Claims (1)
- 低温タンクの大空間に開閉弁を介して取付けら
れ内部に低温液を入れて冷却保持される低温配管
において、前記開閉弁の上下流間にバイパス配管
を設け、このバイパス配管にオリフイス及びバイ
パス弁を介装する一方、前記低温配管内に低温液
が満たされたことを検出して前記開閉弁を全開に
する検出器を設けたことを特徴とする低温配管の
振動防止構造。
