- フイルタ等に適用する空胴共振器において、空
胴部又は電磁結合孔隔壁を有する空胴部をセラミ
ツクスで構成し上記空胴部又は電磁結合孔隔壁を
有する空胴部の電磁波に対して有効な壁面に導電
性被膜を形成して構成したことを特徴とする空胴
共振器。
