第1図は本考案の一実施例によるコイル状バネ
を利用してその傾斜角度を制御することにより見
かけ上の内径が変化する位置決め用ガイドダイス
と給電用通電子を示す断面図、第2図はその作用
を説明する説明図、第3図は従来のワイヤカツト
放電加工装置の一例を示す説明図、第4図は加工
極間における加工液がワイヤ電極におよぼす作用
を説明する断面図、第5図は従来の位置決め用ガ
イドダイスの概略断面形状を示す断面図、第6図
は従来のガイドダイスを使用した場合の問題点を
説明する説明図である。
図において、1はワイヤ電極、14は位置決め
ガイドダイス・チツプ、15は給電用通電子チツ
プ、16a,16bはコイル状バネ、17a.,
17bはチツプ支持台である。なお、図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
工液を供給しながら加工電源によりパルス電圧を
印加して放電加工を行うワイヤカツト放電加工装
置において、上下面が平坦かつ平行なチツプの上
下面に対して傾斜しかつワイヤ電極径の1.5倍
以上の内径を有する貫通穴が開いており、平行に
置いた場合に上面に見える内径端部と下面に見え
る反対側の内径端部の距離がワイヤ電極径相当と
なる形状とした各々のチツプを、ワイヤ電極挿入
時には貫通穴と電極が平行になるようにコイル状
バネの伸びる力によつて傾斜させ、加工時には加
工液の加圧力によつて該コイル状バネを縮めてチ
ツプを平行にもどすガイドダイス及び通電子を具
備したことを特徴とするワイヤカツト放電加工装
