上記透孔を、破断可能なシール部材１０で閉塞さ
せ、かつ上記第１頂壁上面から起立するシリンダ
筒部１１内に、上記第１剤に混合するための第２
剤を収納させた下部キヤツプ２と、上記シリンダ
筒部の上部外面に、第２頂壁１３周縁から垂設す
る第２周壁１４を嵌合させると共に、上記第２頂
壁から垂設する棒状ピストン部１５を上記シリン
ダ筒部内へ上下動自在に嵌合させ、かつ該棒状ピ
ストン部下面からカツター１６を垂下した上部キ
ヤツプ３とを有し、上記第１頂壁上面と第２周壁
下端面との間のシリンダ筒部分外面にスペーサ筒
１７を取外し可能に嵌合させ、該スペーサ筒を取
外すことで上部キヤツプを下部キヤツプに対して
押込みでき、かつ該押込みにより上記シール部材
１０をカツター１６が破断可能に形成させたこと
