Claims (1)
- 作業台上に移動可能に載置される基台と、この
基台に立設された支柱と、この支柱に横方向に延
びて固定され先端に対象物品に接する探針部を有
する対物アームと、前記支柱に横方向に延びて固
定され前記探針部の位置に応じて記録動作を行な
う記録部を有した記録アームとを具備してなる物
品の実測図作成装置。
