- 一端が基板に固定された固定軸と、その固定軸
に挿入された下台座と、その下台座の上に位置す
るよう前記固定軸に挿入された円筒体と、その円
筒体の上に位置するよう前記固定軸に圧入固定さ
れ、外周の一部に突出部を有する上台座とを有し
、前記突出部を前記円筒体の側面に当接されてい
