Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は養豚用給餌器の餌受皿に関する。従来
の養豚用給餌器は飼料の節約等を考慮して、給餌
箱を前後に区切り前部を食餌室として何頭分かに
仕切り、後部を飼料室とし、該両室の底部を一体
の船底形に形成して餌受皿とし、上記の飼料室と
食餌室との仕切り板の最下部と、上記餌受皿の底
部との間に或る間隙を設け、該間隙の開き寸度を
豚の年齢(豚の大いさ)とか飼料の種類(粒子の
相違等)等によつて適宜に調節する調節板を、上
記飼料室内で上記仕切り板の直背面に設ける如く
したものである。上記従来一般の養豚用給餌器の
一例の構造を第1,2図に示す。第1図はその斜
視図第2図は第1図A−A断面を示す。即ち給餌
箱1の上面は開放されて飼料投入口2とされ、前
面も餌受皿2の上部は開放されて食餌開口3とさ
れる。上記飼料投入口2の前部から区画板5が、
上部が後方に傾斜し・下部が垂直にされたくの字
形垂直板5aに形成されて設けられ、そして該区
画板5の下部は上記餌受皿の最低部3aから間隙
6があけられている。給餌箱1は上記区画板5に
より飼料室7と食餌室8とに区切られ、該食餌室
8は仕切り板9により何頭分かに仕切られる(図
では4頭分に仕切られる)。餌受皿3は飼料室7
においてはその背面中間部から上記最低部3a部
迄急傾斜で下降させられて飼料の流下をよくし、
食餌室8側では緩傾斜で上昇させられ船底形に形
成される。そして上記区画板5の垂直板5aの背
面(飼料室7側)に、上下動して上記区画板5の
下部間隙6を開閉する調節板10が設けられる。
該調節板10はその中央部(横巾の中央部)に、
その上下作動装置11が装着されハンドル12の
回動操作により該調節板10を上下作動し、垂直
板下部の間隙6の開き寸度を調節するようにされ

をいつも少くして上記従来の給餌器の諸不具合を
なくすことを目的とするもので、次に本考案を図

る飼料のカビの発生や腐敗を防ぎ、又調節板下部
の飼料を鼻息で固めて飼料の流出不能を生じさせ
る等の不具合も防止し得る効果の大なる給餌器と
