    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 無電解めつき液を収容しためつき槽に結合され
    た循環管路系統により無電解めつき液の循環を行
    なう無電解めつき装置において、前記循環管路系
    統の取出側管路及び取入側管路にそれぞれ流路切
    換弁を組込み、これらの流路切換弁に取出側洗浄
    管路及び取入側洗浄管路を結合し、同取出側洗浄
    管路及び取入側洗浄管路を、洗浄液を収容した洗
    浄液槽に接続したことを特徴とする無電解めつき
    装置。
