室、９は燻煙室加熱ヒータ、１０はタイマー装置
、１１は脚、１２はサーモスタツト、１６ａはド
レン受け、１６はドレン管である。なお、図中の
同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 匡体内下部に燻煙室を内設し、上部に排煙処理
用電気集塵装置を設え、燻煙室内部に網棚と油受
皿を備え、底部に通風孔、天面に排煙孔とを穿設
し、下部にヒーター等の加熱手段を備えた電気燻
製機において、燻煙室底部に凹部状のドレン受を
設け、ドレン受けにドレン管を配置してなる電気
燻製機。
