- 導波管を介して加熱室内に高周波エネルギーを
供給する高周波発振器を具備する高周波加熱装置
において、前記一個の高周波発振器２から加熱室
１の上面と連通する上導波管３ａと、側面と連通
する側導波管３ｂの二面に分岐連通する導波管３
を設けたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
