Claims (1)
- 高周波加速空胴内の共振周波数を調整電極の移
動により変化させる電極移動装置において、上下
方向駆動装置に管形状の支持管を介して調整電極
を吊り掛けるとともに、高周波加速空胴に立設し
た筒体内に可動に収納し、かつ調整電極と上記筒
体との間に伸縮可能なベローを設け、かつ、筒体
の長さは筒体内で使用高周波の反射波が生じない
長さとしたことを特徴とする高周波加速空胴の調
整用電極移動装置。
