Claims (1)
端に作業機器を有するリフトアームと、上記リフ
トアームを昇降動作させるリフトシリンダに方向
切換弁を介して油圧ポンプおよび油タンクを接続
してなるリフトアームの駆動油圧回路とを具備す
る作業機において、 上記リフトアームの駆動油圧回路中に、シリン
ダ側に2個のポートを有し、かつ、ポンプ側に2
個のポートおよびバイパス油路を介して油タンク
に連通するバイパスポートを有すると共に、一部
に上記リフトシリンダからの戻り油を制御する絞
り通路を形成した2位置切換絞り弁を装入し、切
換絞り弁の左位置では、バイパスポートを閉鎖し
て作動油圧送側および戻り油流通側の各ポートを
連通させ、右位置では、バイパスポートを作動油
圧送側の各ポートに連通させ、かつ、戻り油流通
側の各ポートを連通させるように構成したことを
特徴とする作業機。 (2) 基端がトラクタ本体に枢着され、かつ、先
端に作業機器を有するリフトアームと、上記リフ
トアームを昇降動作させるリフトシリンダに方向
切換弁を介して油圧ポンプおよび油タンクを接続
してなるリフトアームの駆動油圧回路とを具備す
る作業機において、 上記リフトアームの駆動油圧回路中に、シリン
ダ側にリフトシリンダのいずれか一方の室に連通
するポートを有し、かつ、ポンプ側に油圧ポンプ
もしくは油タンクのいずれか一方に連通するポー
トおよびバイパス油路を介して油タンクに連通す
るバイパスポートに有する2位置切換弁と、シリ
ンダ側およびポンプ側にリフトシリンダの他方の
室に連通するポートおよび油タンクもしくは油圧
ポンプのいずれか一方に連通するポートを夫々有
し、かつ、一部にリフトシリンダからの戻り油を
制御する絞り通路を形成した2位切換絞り弁とを
並列装入し、2位置切換弁は、左位置ではバイパ
スポートを閉鎖してシリンダ側とポンプ側の各ポ
ートを連通させ、かつ、右位置でバイパスポート
をシリンダ側およびポンプ側の両ポートに連通さ
せ、2位置切変絞り弁は、左位置ではシリンダ側
およびポンプ側の両ポートを連通させ、かつ、右
位置では上記両ポートを絞り通路を介して連通さ
せる様に構成したことを特徴とする作業機。 (3) 基端がトラクタ本体に枢着されたリフトア
ームを昇降動作させるリフトシリンダと、上記リ
フトアームの先端に装着された作業機器をダンプ
動作およびスクイ動作させるダンプシリンダと、
上記リフトシリンダおよびダンプシリンダに夫々
接続された各シリンダ用の方向切換弁と、上記各
方向切換弁に共通に接続された油圧ポンプおよび
油タンクとを具備する作業機において、 上記油圧ポンプおよび油タンクと各シリンダ用
の方向切換弁との間に、シリンダ側に各方向切換
弁に分岐接続された2個のポートを有し、かつ、
ポンプ側に油圧ポンプに接続されたポンプポート
および油タンクに接続されたタンクポートとバイ
パスポートとを有すると共に、一部に各シリンダ
からの戻り油を制御する第1および第2の絞り通
路を形成した3位置切換絞り弁を配設し、中立位
置では、バイパスポートを閉鎖して作動油圧送側
の各ポートおよび戻り油流通側の各ポートを夫々
連通させ、左位置では、バイパスポートを閉鎖し
て作動油圧送側の各ポートを、又第1の絞り通路
を介して戻り油流通側の各ポートを夫々連通させ
、右位置では、バイパスポートを作動油圧送側の
各ポートに連通させ、かつ、戻り油流通側の各ポ
ートを第2の絞り通路を介して連通させるように
