Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は完全密封が出来かつ体裁良く開封し得
る紙容器に係り、更に詳しくは筒状容器の開口部
に容器の外周面で上表面を形成したフランジを設
け、かつこのフランジの上表面の一部に平坦面を
上面に有する突出部を設けると共に該突出部の外
側に半切線を穿設して構成したことを特徴とした

考案したが、これ等のものも次に示す如き欠点が

に設けられているので、開封も容易で封函強度も
満足するが、蓋を剥離した際に容器1の内面コー

的に説明すると、第8図及び第9図に於て、容器
1の開口部壁面を先ず内側に巻き込んだ後全体を
容器の外方に水平に折り曲げることによつて折曲
端部が上面に来るフランジ7を形成し、次にこの
フランジ7の上面に一部が盛上つた突出部8をプ
レスによつて形成し、更にこの突出部8の外側に

用して抗接着剤層9を形成し、かつそれ等の上に
ポリエチレン層10を塗着して構成した場合には
第13図に示す如く、蓋4を容器1のフランジ7
から剥離するとポリエチレン層10が抗接着剤層
9より簡単に剥離し、ポリエチレン層10は半切
線5によつて切断され、全体が極めて安定した状
態で簡単にかつきれいに剥離する。第11図に示
す構成は第12図に示す如く、ブランク板Aの外
表面にポリエチレン層10、アンカーコート層1
1、アルミ層12、ポリエチレン層13を順に積
層し、かつブランク板Aの内表面にポリエチレン
層14を積層して構成したものに替えることも可

ク板の外表面に塗着した場合には更に有効である

1項記載の紙容器。 (3) 筒状容器の紙層の外側の表面にアルミニウム
層とプラスチツク層とを順に積層して構成した
