Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 戻しばねによつて軸線方向に付勢され、付勢方
    向に移動して流入ポートと吐出ポートとを遮断し
    、付勢方向と逆方向へ移動して流入ポートと吐出
    ポートとを連通させるスプールと、戻しばねの付
    勢方向を向くスプールの一端面に対向して配置さ
    れたバルブシートとを備え、前記スプールと前記
    バルブシートとの対向面間に、スプールに形成さ
    れた第1絞り孔を介して流入ポートに連通したパ
    イロツト室が形成されるとともに、前記バルブシ
    ートにその内部に形成された第2絞り孔を介して
    前記パイロツト室に連通した弁孔が形成されてお
    り、前記弁孔に対してソレノイドの磁力によつて
    弁体を接近させることにより、前記パイロツト室
    に導入されるパイロツト圧を制御し、このパイロ
    ツト圧によつて前記スプールを前記戻しばねの付
    勢力に抗して移動させるようにした電磁比例制御
    弁において、前記パイロツト室に臨む前記スプー
    ルの端面に、前記第1絞り孔と前記パイロツト室
    との間に介在する制御孔をスプールの軸線に沿つ
    て形成するとともに、前記パイロツト室に臨む前
    記バルブシートの端面に、前記スプールが前記戻
    しばねの付勢力によつて移動せしめられた際に前
    記制御孔に嵌まり込み、かつ前記制御孔の内部に
    臨む面に前記第2絞り孔が開口する突出部を形成
    し、前記制御孔の内周面と前記突出部の外周面と
    の間に、一端が前記パイロツト室に連通し、他端
    が前記制御孔に連通した絞り通路を形成したこと
    を特徴とする電磁比例制御弁。
