Claims (1)
- 対向するコイルの固定側に入力した基準信号と
、移動側に発生する信号との位相差より位置を検
出するように構成した位置検出器において、上記
位相差をデイジタル量に変換する回路と、そのデ
イジタル量を位置信号に変換する位置演算器と、
検出した位置の前々回値、前回値及び今回値を記
憶する記憶回路と、記憶した値を基に位置変化の
速度と加速度を算出する速度、加速度演算器と、
速度と加速度の最大値をあらかじめ設定する速度
、加速度最大値設定装置と、この最大値と算出さ
れた速度、加速度とを比較して位置検出器の脱調
を早期に検出する速度、加速度判定器より成るこ
とを特徴とする脱調検出機能付き位置検出器。
