- 気体を搬送する回転機の軸封装置であつて、回
転軸の外周に回転軸に対向した内周面に螺旋状の
導通溝を穿設したシールガイドを設け、機外より
回転機内部へシール用媒体を圧入する供給手段を
設けたことを特徴とする回転機における無接触軸
封装置。
