Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密度をρ（ｇ／cm3）、曲げ弾性率をＥ（Kg
／mm２）としたときに、 ρ＜１．０ かつ Ｅ／ρ＞１５０ なる特性を有する芯材の少なくとも片面に薄膜層
を形成した壁材と、軽量材料によつて形成され前
記壁材の端縁に接合される枠部材と、によつて形
成されてなることを特徴とする自動車カバー部品
。 (2) 前記壁材の芯材が合板であることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の自動車カバー部品。 (3) 前記壁材の芯材が厚紙であることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の自動車カバー部品。 (4) 前記枠部材を形成する軽量材料が合成樹脂
であることを特徴とする請求項１，２又は３記載
の自動車カバー部品。 (5) 前記薄膜層が合成樹脂フイルムであること
を特徴とする請求項１，２，３又は４記載の自動
車カバー部品。 (6) 前記薄膜層が金属箔と合成樹脂フイルムと
の積層物であることを特徴とする請求項１，２，
３又は４記載の自動車カバー部品。 (7) 前記壁材が前記枠部材を介して複数連結さ
