    線・ケーブル。 2 被覆層周上にさらに着色剤入りポリイミド系
    ワニスの塗布層を設けた請求項1記載の耐放射線
    性電線・ケーブル。 3 熱可塑性のスーパーエンジニアリングプラス
    チツク層はポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリサ
