- 特定の温度領域で抵抗温度係数が正の方向へ増
大する特性を有するシート状の自己温度制御形発
熱体と、前記発熱体と間隔片を介して所定の間隔
を保持して対向配置されたシート状の固定板とを
備えたことを特徴とする自己温度制御形発熱装置
。
