Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エレクトロルミネツセンスの発光層を挾持
    し交流電界が印加された第１、第２の電極と、そ
    の一方の電極に絶縁層を介して積層され他方の電
    極と同相の交流電界が印加された第３の電極とを
    具備した事を特徴とする面発光素子。 (2) 前記発光層は６０００mm２以上の面積を有
    し、前記交流電界は１００Ｈｚ以上１ＫＨｚ以下
    の周波数を有し、前記絶縁層は前記発光層と略等
    しい誘電率を有する厚みをなし、前記第３の電極
    の面積は積層された最も近い第１若しくは第２の
    電極の面積と略等しいかより大きい面積である事
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の面発光素子。
