    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カムとの摺動面をそなえた動弁系用バルブリフ
    タにおいて、前記カムとの摺動面の表面からその
    直下５０μｍまでの範囲に析出硬質炭化物が１０
    ％以上３０％以下の面積率でマルテンサイトを主
    体とする基地に微細分散していることを特徴とす
    るバルブリフタ。
