Claims (1)
- ２つの状態を有する切換信号を導入する手段と
、この切換信号がベース端に導入され、この切換
信号が一方の状態のときに導通させる第１のトラ
ンジスタと、この第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
端にカソード側が接続され、前記第１のトランジ
スタの導通に応じて点灯される第１の発光ダイオ
ードと、前記第１のトランジスタとエミツタ端が
共通接続される第２のトランジスタと、この第２
のトランジスタのベース端に接続され、前記切換
信号が他方の状態のとき第２のトランジスタを導
通させる固定バイアス回路と、前記第２のトラン
ジスタのコレクタ端にカソード側が接続され、前
記第２のトランジスタの導通に応じて点灯される
第２の発光ダイオードとを具備することを特徴と
する発光ダイオード切換回路。
