図において、１は電気回路、２は開閉器、３ａ
は偏倚装置、４ａはプランジヤ５及び電磁コイル
６からなる電磁駆動装置、８ａは付勢回路、１７
はジヨセフソン接合である。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示す。
