Claims (1)
- 半導体素子の樹脂封止パツケージ組立作業中の
樹脂封止工程において、複数の樹脂タブレツトを
プレヒーターに装填する給材治具にして該給材治
具は、円筒容器を縦方向に二分した形状の半円筒
容器であり、該半円筒容器内に厚さ５ミリメート
ルないし１５ミリメートルの仕切り壁を有し、該
仕切り壁によつて仕切られた複数個の区画を有し
、それぞれの１区画内には１コの樹脂タブレツト
を収納する構造を有し、該区画の数は、１回の樹
脂注入に使用される樹脂タブレツト数に等しい事
を特徴とするモールド樹脂タブレツト給材治具。
