Claims (1)
- 高周波回路基板上に部品を実装してなる高周波
集積回路を収納する高周波用パツケージにおいて
、パツケージ底面の地導体と、これに向かいあう
上面の地導体とにそれぞれ電気的に接続させた少
くとも１以上の金属片をパツケージ内に有し、金
属片の取付位置を前記金属片とパツケージ内端面
の距離及び金属片相互間の距離が使用する波長の
１／２の整数倍とならない位置に設定したことを
特徴とする高周波用パツケージ。
